1. Scope

(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop Moonarij (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Moonarij") between us and our customers (hereinafter referred to as "customer" or "you").

(2) Deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

(2) By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods. We confirm receipt of the order via email. A purchase contract is only concluded when we expressly confirm the order or send a shipping confirmation.

3. Products and Uniqueness

(1) Our vases are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind pieces. Each product is unique, and variations in color, pattern, and shape are not defects but an inherent part of the artisanal production process.

(2) The product images in the online shop serve as a reference. Minor variations between the depiction and the delivered product are unavoidable.

4. Prices and Payment

(1) All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are charged separately and displayed during checkout.

(2) We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (purchase on account)
• PayPal
• Credit card
• Other methods as specified in the shop

(3) Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Shipping and Delivery

(1) We ship worldwide unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

(2) As our products are handmade, longer delivery times may occur. If delays arise, we will inform you accordingly.

(3) If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

(1) Customers within the EU have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right from the date of receiving the goods.

(2) In case of a return, the customer bears the direct return shipping costs. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

(4) To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear declaration via email to vase@moonarij.com.

7. Warranty and Liability

(1) The statutory warranty rights apply to our products. As each piece is handmade, minor deviations do not constitute a defect.

(2) Moonarij is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, natural wear and tear, or external influences.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

(1) The laws of Germany shall apply.

(2) For consumers within the EU, the respective national consumer laws apply.

(3) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, provided the customer is a merchant under German law (HGB).
